Stafford House Of Yoga!

I’ve been a member of the House of Yoga since they opened almost 4 years ago, I can say yoga will always be a part of my exercise plan and life. Stafford House of Yoga is exceptional and goes way beyond your average gym based yoga class. It’s definitely therapeutic and is a must for my body. All the instructors are top notch, nothing negative to say about this place…I highly recommend yoga in general and Stafford House of Yoga conveniently located on Garrisonville road, just past the Food Lion on the left side of Garrisonville road, is a wonderful place to practice, and is a great way to bring balance into your life.
